Common topics
- Supported devices — WiboWalls currently supports iPhone. If App Store Connect or review asks about screenshots, use the iPhone build and the latest uploaded version.
- Sign in with Apple — Use your Apple ID on a supported iPhone. If sign-in fails, update iOS and try again on a stable network.
- Subscriptions — Purchases are managed by Apple. You can view or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Photos — The app requests photo library access only when you save a wallpaper. You can change permissions in Settings → WiboWalls.
- AI generation — Results depend on prompts and server availability. If generation fails repeatedly, try again later or contact us with a screenshot and approximate time.
